Overview
LOGICAL SYSTEMS Workforce Enablement (WFX) brings people, departments and positions, crews and teams, onboarding, training, skills, certifications and health, safety and environment (HSE) records into one workspace built on Inductive Automation's Ignition Perspective platform. A live workforce dashboard shows active workers, training sessions, valid certifications and those expiring within 30 days, next to an HSE pulse with days since the last lost-time injury, rolling TRIR, open near-misses, active permits, safety observations and overdue medicals.
Supervisors see the crews on shift today, the skill-level distribution of the workforce and certification coverage by department against the positions that require it, so lines are staffed with qualified people and gaps are closed before they become risks. Station passports with QR codes bring the right qualifications, instructions and safety information to each workstation, and huddle boards keep daily SQCDP meetings focused.
LS Assistant is built in. Ask who can run a filler tonight, which certifications expire this week or what the controls are for clearing a jam, and it answers from live WFX records and TMS work instructions, cites its sources, stays within your role and site, and never shows medical details.
