The challenge
Manufacturers face two kinds of scrutiny. Regulators expect validated systems and records that can be trusted, while customers, investors and authorities increasingly expect credible sustainability figures. Both depend on complete, attributable data collected at the source, which spreadsheets and manual readings rarely provide, and retrofitting either after go-live is slow and expensive.
Overview
Our GAMP + Agile delivery methodology builds compliance into projects from the start, with structured requirements, risk-based testing and validation documentation aligned with Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) principles. We implement the technical controls regulators expect, including audit trails, electronic signatures, access control and record retention, and support you through audits, periodic reviews and change control after go-live.
The same discipline applies to sustainability. RCS collects energy, utilities, water, waste and production data directly from meters and control systems, calculates indicators such as energy and water intensity per unit produced and Scope 1 and 2 emissions using your emission factors, and keeps every figure traceable to its source for sustainability reporting and for ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management systems.
